The Fermi GBM team reports the detection of a likely SHORT GRB

"At 20:28:02.19 UT on 04 September 2023, the Fermi Gamma-ray Burst Monitor (GBM)
triggered and located GRB 230904C (trigger 715552087/230904853).

The on-ground calculated location, using the Fermi GBM trigger data,
is RA = 127.66, Dec = 55.24 (J2000 degrees, equivalent to J2000 12h 28m, +55d 24'),
with a statistical uncertainty of 3.92 degrees.

The angle from the Fermi LAT boresight is 29 degrees.
