In GCN circular 34797 (https://gcn.nasa.gov/circulars/34797), the declination value was incorrectly reported.  All other information was correct.  The corrected refined directional information is:

RA: 143.79 (+1.10, -1.01 deg  90% PSF containment) J2000
Dec: +25.04 (+1.03, -1.21 deg 90% PSF containment) J2000
