MASTER-Kislovodsk robotic telescope  (Global MASTER-Net:, Lipunov et al., 2010, Advances in Astronomy, vol. 2010, 30L)  located in Russia (Lomonosov MSU, Kislovodsk Solar Station of Pulkovo observatory) started inspect of the Fermi GRB 231020A ( Fermi GBM team, GCN 34856) errorbox  510 sec after notice time and 519 sec after trigger time at 2023-10-20 19:05:37 UT, with upper limit up to  16.7 mag. The observations began at zenith distance = 80 deg. The sun  altitude  is -49.5 deg. 

The galactic latitude b = -42 deg., longitude l = 18 deg.

We obtain a following upper limits.
