MASTER-Amur robotic telescope  (Global MASTER-Net: http://observ.pereplet.ru, Lipunov et al., 2010, Advances in Astronomy, vol. 2010, 30L)  located in Russia (Blagoveshchensk State Pedagogical University) started inspect of the IceCube Alert 231027.18 (trigger No 60138479,17h 48m 38.40s , +46d 57m 36.0s, R=2.97) errorbox  34100 sec after notice time and 34152 sec after trigger time at 2023-10-27 13:45:22 UT, with upper limit up to  16.9 mag. The observations began at zenith distance = 61 deg. The sun  altitude  is -48.5 deg. 

MASTER-Tunka robotic telescope  located in Russia (Applied Physics Institute, Irkutsk State University) started inspect of the IceCube Alert 231027.18 errorbox  34123 sec after notice time and 34175 sec after trigger time at 2023-10-27 13:45:46 UT, with upper limit up to  13.7 mag. The observations began at zenith distance = 49 deg. The sun  altitude  is -36.6 deg. 

The galactic latitude b = 30 deg., longitude l = 74 deg.
