The Fermi GBM team reports the detection of a likely SHORT GRB
"At 09:18:40.39 UT on 14 November 2023, the Fermi Gamma-ray Burst Monitor
(GBM)
triggered and located GRB 231114A (trigger 721646325/231114388).
The on-ground calculated location, using the Fermi GBM trigger data,
is RA = 150.00, Dec = -36.55 (J2000 degrees, equivalent to J2000 10h 0m,
-36d 32'),
with a statistical uncertainty of 11.38 degrees.
The angle from the Fermi LAT boresight is 77 degrees.
