MASTER-SAAO robotic telescope  (Global MASTER-Net: http://observ.pereplet.ru, Lipunov et al., 2010, Advances in Astronomy, vol. 2010, 30L)  located in South Africa (South African Astronomical Observatory) started inspect of the Fermi GRB231212.04 (trigger No 724035412,12h 22m 50.40s , -70d 00m 00.0s, R=2.62) errorbox  51 sec after notice time and 86 sec after trigger time at 2023-12-12 00:58:14 UT, with upper limit up to  16.4 mag. The observations began at zenith distance = 54 deg. The sun  altitude  is -24.8 deg. 

The galactic latitude b = -8 deg., longitude l = 301 deg.

We obtain a following upper limits.
