K. L. Page (U Leicester) and M. H. Siegel (PSU) report on behalf of
the Neil Gehrels Swift Observatory Team:

Swift triggers 1209401 and 1209403 were caused by a star tracker
loss of lock, and are not astrophysical events. We also note
that trigger 1209398, classed as matching GX 301-2 in the ground
catalogue, was also related to the loss of lock, and is not an
interesting event.
