L. Scotton (UAH) reports on behalf of the Fermi Gamma-ray Burst Monitor Team:

"The Fermi Gamma-ray Burst Monitor (GBM) trigger 730618809/240226236 at 05:40:04.58 UT
on 26 February 2024 was initially classified as a GRB, and named GRB 240226B (GCN 35809).
This trigger is in fact not due to a GRB, but to a solar flare."
