We observed the field of GW170817 with the Karl G. Jansky Very Large Array (VLA) in its B configuration via the program VLA/23A-139 (PI: Eddins). The observations were carried out in S-band (central frequency of 3 GHz) between April 2023 and May 2023 over 8 epochs. After calibration, flagging and concatenating the observations we imaged the field. We do not detect any emission in excess of 3x the local RMS noise in our image (rms ~1.6 uJy). Further observations are planned.
