The Fermi GBM team reports the detection of a likely SHORT GRB
At 16:21:42 UT on 13 May 2024, the Fermi Gamma-ray Burst Monitor (GBM) triggered and located GRB 240513B (trigger 737310107.257864 / 240513682).
The on-ground calculated location, using the Fermi GBM trigger data, is RA = 2.5, Dec = 33.8 (J2000 degrees, equivalent to J2000 00h 10m, 33d 47'), with a statistical uncertainty of 12.6 degrees.
The angle from the Fermi LAT boresight is 83.0 degrees.
