(U. Toronto) report on behalf of the Swift team:
We report on the analysis of the Swift UVOT follow-up of the GW s240422ed.
The procedure of the UVOT follow-up has been described in Oates et al.,2021,
MNRAS, 507, 12960.
We examined all field pointed at by Swift, either through the planned 250s
long
tiling exposures, or through targeted ToOs for prospective candidates from
external sources or from candidates identified by Swift XRT. Typical
exposure
times for the ToO follow ups were between 1000 and 3000s long.
No credible candidates associated with s240422ed were identified.
