MASTER-Tunka robotic telescope  (Global MASTER-Net: http://observ.pereplet.ru, Lipunov et al., 2010, Advances in Astronomy, vol. 2010, 30L)  located in Russia (Applied Physics Institute, Irkutsk State University) started inspect of the Fermi GRB240816.49 (trigger No 745501396,09h 21m 19.92s , +14d 07m 58.8s, R=35.02) errorbox  9701 sec after notice time and 9736 sec after trigger time at 2024-08-16 14:25:27 UT, with upper limit up to  16.5 mag. Observations started at twilight.  The observations began at zenith distance = 75 deg. The sun  altitude  is -16.1 deg. 

The galactic latitude b = 40 deg., longitude l = 217 deg.
