The Fermi GBM team reports the detection of a likely SHORT GRB
At 01:49:39 UT on 12 Nov 2024, the Fermi Gamma-ray Burst Monitor (GBM) triggered and located GRB 241112A (trigger 753068984.626592 / 241112076).
The on-ground calculated location, using the Fermi GBM trigger data, is RA = 154.7, Dec = -0.8 (J2000 degrees, equivalent to J2000 10h 18m, 0d 48'), with a statistical uncertainty of 13.8 degrees.
The angle from the Fermi LAT boresight is 82.0 degrees.
