The Fermi GBM team reports the detection of a likely SHORT GRB
At 23:01:54 UT on 14 Nov 2024, the Fermi Gamma-ray Burst Monitor (GBM) triggered and located GRB 241114A (trigger 753318119.98625 / 241114960).
The on-ground calculated location, using the Fermi GBM trigger data, is RA = 13.5, Dec = 16.4 (J2000 degrees, equivalent to J2000 00h 54m, 16d 23'), with a statistical uncertainty of 33.7 degrees.
The angle from the Fermi LAT boresight is 54.0 degrees.
