MASTER-SAAO robotic telescope (Global MASTER-Net: http://observ.pereplet.ru, Lipunov et al., 2010, Advances in Astronomy, vol. 2010, 30L) located in South Africa (South African Astronomical Observatory) started inspect of the Fermi GRB 250403A ( Fermi GBM team, GCN 40025) errorbox 22256 sec after notice time and 22291 sec after trigger time at 2025-04-03 21:26:53 UT, with upper limit up to 18.5 mag. The observations began at zenith distance = 27 deg. The sun altitude is -58.3 deg.
The galactic latitude b = 36 deg., longitude l = 316 deg.

We obtain a following upper limits.
