MASTER-Tunka robotic telescope  (Global MASTER-Net: http://observ.pereplet.ru, Lipunov et al., 2010, Advances in Astronomy, vol. 2010, 30L)  located in Russia (Applied Physics Institute, Irkutsk State University) started inspect of the Fermi GRB250406.85 (trigger No 765663719,19h 59m 09.60s , +36d 07m 12.0s, R=7.99) errorbox  216 sec after notice time and 235 sec after trigger time at 2025-04-06 20:25:49 UT, with upper limit up to  17.5 mag. The observations began at zenith distance = 40 deg. The sun  altitude  is -18.6 deg. 

The galactic latitude b =  3 deg., longitude l = 73 deg.

We obtain a following upper limits.
