M. Beck, A. Neronov, J.Soldan (ISDC, Versoix) and J. Borkowski (CAMK, 
Torun) on behalf of the IBAS Localization Team report:

A 20 s long GRB has been detected by IBAS in IBIS/ISGRI data at 11:05:50 
UT on November 5 2005.
Its refined coordinates (J2000) are:

RA:    9.4771 [degrees]
DEC: -40.4812 [degrees]

with an uncertainty of 2 arcmin (90% c.l. radius).
