MASTER-Kislovodsk robotic telescope [1] located in Russia (Lomonosov MSU, Kislovodsk Solar Station of Pulkovo observatory) started inspect of the Fermi GRB 251118B ( Fermi GBM team, GCN 42747) errorbox 14082 sec after notice time and 14113 sec after trigger time at 2025-11-19 02:35:18 UT, with upper limit up to 13.8 mag. Observations started at twilight. The observations began at zenith distance = 73 deg. The sun altitude is -16.8 deg.
The galactic latitude b = 46 deg., longitude l = 45 deg.

We obtain a following upper limits.
