The Fermi GBM team reports the detection of a likely LONG GRB

"At 10:56:45.51 UT on 19 May 2026, the Fermi Gamma-ray Burst Monitor (GBM) triggered and located GRB 260519A (trigger 800881010/260519456).

The on-ground calculated location, using the Fermi GBM trigger data, is RA = 273.75, Dec = 14.25 (J2000 degrees, equivalent to J2000 18h 15m, +14d 15'), with a statistical uncertainty of 17 degrees.

The angle from the Fermi LAT boresight is 83 degrees.
