The Fermi GBM team reports the detection of a likely LONG GRB

"At 12:41:28.68 UT on 08 June 2026, the Fermi Gamma-ray Burst Monitor (GBM)
triggered and located GRB 260608B (trigger 802615293/260608529).

The on-ground calculated location, using the Fermi GBM trigger data,
is RA = 56.98, Dec = 64.15 (J2000 degrees, equivalent to J2000 3h 47m, +64d 9'),
with a statistical uncertainty of 3.78 degrees.

The angle from the Fermi LAT boresight is 116 degrees.
