The Fermi GBM team reports the detection of a likely LONG GRB
"At 20:05:42.61 UT on 09 June 2026, the Fermi Gamma-ray Burst Monitor (GBM)
triggered and located GRB 260609A (trigger 802728347/260609837).
The on-ground calculated location, using the Fermi GBM trigger data,
is RA = 42.43, Dec = -7.99 (J2000 degrees, equivalent to J2000 2h 49m, -7d 59'),
with a statistical uncertainty of 8.05 degrees.
The angle from the Fermi LAT boresight is 86 degrees.
