A. Bochenek and D. A. Perley (LJMU) report:
We observed the field of EP261006a (Lao et al., GCN 45826) using the IO:O optical camera on the 2m robotic Liverpool Telescope. We obtained multiple exposures in SDSS ugriz filters, starting at 2026-10-09 23:50:23 UT, approximately 3.25 days after trigger.
We detect a source in the subtracted images in all filters at the counterpart position reported by Eyles-Ferris et al. (GCN 45831) and Jiang et al. (GCN 45833). The source remains blue, and remains at a similar brightness to our previous observations (Bochenek et al., GCN 45853).
| MJD (start) | T_mid-T_0 | Filter | Exposures | Mag. (AB) |
| ------------ | ---------- | ------ | --------- | ----------- |
| 61322.99333 | 3.25 d | SDSS-g | 2x90s |18.54 ± 0.07 |
| 61322.99593 | 3.25 d | SDSS-r | 3x90s |18.77 ± 0.07 |

| 61323.00749 | 3.27 d | SDSS-u | 4x100s |18.09 ± 0.09 |
Further observations are scheduled. The photometry is in the AB magnitude system, was calibrated using nearby PanSTARRS or SDSS secondary standards and was not corrected for extinction.
