 ) errorbox  37209 sec after notice time and 1 days 16553 sec after trigger time at 2026-10-31 21:51:12 UT, with upper limit up to  19.7 mag. The observations began at zenith distance = 21 deg. The sun  altitude  is -42.9 deg. 

The galactic latitude b = -71 deg., longitude l = 160 deg.
