S. Mereghetti (IASF, Milano), D.Gotz (CEA, Saclay), N.Mowlavi, 
M.Chernyakova, M.Beck (ISDC, Versoix), and J. Borkowski (CAMK, Torun) on 
behalf of the IBAS Localization Team report:

A GRB lasting about 70 s has been detected by IBAS in IBIS/ISGRI data at
13:19:50 UT on February 4 2006. 

The refined coordinates (J2000) derived from the off-line analysis are:
R.A. = 232.2335 [degrees]
Dec. = -39.4438 [degrees]

with an uncertainty of 2.5 arcmin.
