Using the data set from T-61 to T+7.4 sec from the recent telemetry downlink,
we report that BAT trigger #215279 (Holland, et al., GCN 5273) is NOT due to a GRB,
nor any other astrophysical source. The trigger is due to the rising background
upon entry into the SAA.
