J. S. Bloom (UC Berkeley) notes:

"The coordinates for one of the galaxies observed in the Abell  
cluster 995 was given incorrectly in GCN 5944. The correct  
coordinates are:

    object A: z=0.239      22:09:51.9              -74:31:11

We thank Paolo D'Avanzo for pointing out the error."
