Please disregard the series of GCN/Swift-XRT Notices between 19:30 and 20:10 UT.
The XRT sience team was conducting a series of calibration pointings.  I was 
supposed to have instituted the block-to-world filter for the XRT Notices,
but I forgot.  My apologies for the everyone's inconvenience.
