T. N. Ukwatta (GSFC/GWU) report on behalf of the Swift Team:

Shortly before 23:31:57 UT, Swift lost star tracker lock. This
caused the Burst Alert Telescope (BAT) to detect Sco X-1 at the
wrong location, leading to trigger 306616. This is not a GRB.

Star tracker recovery operations are in progress.
