Ulysses, Mars Odyssey-GRS, HETE-FREGATE, INTEGRAL (SPI-ACS), and
Konus-Wind observed this GRB at 27277 seconds. As observed by Ulysses,
it had a duration of approximately 15 seconds, a 25-100 keV fluence of
approximately 2.3E-06 erg/cm2, and a peak flux of approximately
4.7E-07 erg/cm2 s over 0.25 seconds.

We have triangulated it to a preliminary, 3 sigma error box whose
approximate area is 314. sq. arcmin. and whose coordinates are:

    RA(2000) DEC(2000)
 ERROR BOX CENTER: 13 h 14 m 25.29 s 62 o 20 ' 54.62 "
 ERROR BOX CORNER 1: 13 h 14 m 31.12 s 62 o 29 ' 6.96 "
 ERROR BOX CORNER 2: 13 h 16 m 13.52 s 61 o 35 ' 6.14 "
 ERROR BOX CORNER 3: 13 h 12 m 28.04 s 63 o 5 ' 1.83 "
 ERROR BOX CORNER 4: 13 h 14 m 19.38 s 62 o 12 ' 40.70 "

This error box may be improved.

GRB 030413: Optical Observations

From

J. Schaefer, D. Gibbs, M. Nysewander, R. Canterna, and D. Reichart report
on behalf of the FUN GRB collaboration:

We imaged the entire 314 sq arcmin error box of the IPN burst, GRB 030413
(Hurley et al. GCN 2135) with the UWYO 0.6m Red Buttes Observatory (RBO)
Telescope beginning 21.701 hours after the burst (April 14.2199 UT). We
integrated in Rc for 1200s in five pointings.

Visual comparison to the DSS reveals no optical transient. Through
calibration to five USNO A-2.0 stars, we estimate the (S/N=3) limiting
magnitude to be Rc=19.2.
