teams,

SPI-ACS GRB team,

I. Mitrofanov, S. Charyshnikov, V. Grinkov, A. Kozyrev, M. Litvak, and
A. Sanin, on behalf of the HEND-Odyssey GRB team, and

W. Boynton, C. Fellows, K. Harshman, C. Shinohara and R. Starr, on
behalf of the GRS-Odyssey GRB team, report:

Ulysses, INTEGRAL (SPI-ACS), and Mars Odyssey (HEND) observed this
burst at 80086 s. As observed by Ulysses, it had a duration of
approximately 6 seconds, a 25-100 keV fluence of approximately
3.0E-06 erg/cm2, and a peak flux of approximately 1.1E-06 erg/cm2 s
over 0.25 seconds.

We have triangulated it to two alternate, preliminary, 3 sigma error
boxes each with approximate area 10000 square arcminutes whose
coordinates are:

    RA(2000) DEC(2000)
 ERROR BOX CENTER: 7 h 14 m 28.98 s -18 o 5 ' 42.51 "
 ERROR BOX CORNER 1: 7 h 14 m 56.07 s -18 o 18 ' 41.09 "
 ERROR BOX CORNER 2: 6 h 57 m 38.92 s -13 o 28 ' 42.06 "
 ERROR BOX CORNER 3: 7 h 33 m 48.74 s -22 o 31 ' 22.65 "
 ERROR BOX CORNER 4: 7 h 14 m 2.13 s -17 o 52 ' 44.00 "

                                       OR

 ERROR BOX CENTER: 15 h 6 m 21.92 s 19 o 58 ' 2.34 "
 ERROR BOX CORNER 4: 15 h 6 m 17.45 s 19 o 43 ' 35.62 "
 ERROR BOX CORNER 5: 15 h 15 m 31.52 s 25 o 44 ' 3.13 "
 ERROR BOX CORNER 6: 14 h 56 m 18.93 s 14 o 6 ' 18.83 "
 ERROR BOX CORNER 7: 15 h 6 m 26.25 s 20 o 12 ' 27.83 "

There is a chance that the ambiguity can be resolved by further processing.
These error boxes may be improved.

Dmitry Frederiks at Ioffe Institute <fred@mail.ioffe.ru>
S. Golenetskii, E. Mazets, V. Pal'shin, and D. Frederiks on behalf
of Konus-Wind and Helicon/Coronas-F teams,

T. Cline, on behalf of the Konus GRB team,

Konus - Wind also observed this burst (GCN 2301)
at 80091.492 s UT. Analysis shows
that the second error box has the correct ecliptic latitude.
(with ERROR BOX CENTER: 15 h 6 m 21.92 s 19 o 58 ' 2.34 " )
