At 22:30:26.42 UT, the Swift-BAT instrument triggered (trigger=146129)
on GRB 050715.  The spacecraft did not slew to this new burst
because of the Sun observing constraint (and it will remain in constraint
for 2-3 months).  The BAT flight-determined location is RA,Dec 155.669,-0.059
{+10h 22m 41s, -00d 03' 31"} (J2000) with a 3 armin uncertainty (radius,
90% containment, stat+sys).  The lightcurve has two main peaks separated
by ~35 sec with a total duration of ~70 sec.  There is some evidence
of 1 or 2 more smaller peaks.  The peak count rate is ~1400 cnts/sec
in the 15-350 keV band.

Using the full data set from the recent telemetry downlink, we report
further analysis of Swift-BAT Trigger #146129 (Greiner, et al., GCN 3621).
The ground-analysis position is RA,Dec 155.645,-0.040 (J2000) with an
uncertainty of 3 arcmin (radius, 90%, stat+sys).  T90 is 52 +- 2 sec.
Fitting a simple power law over the full interval from T-10 to T+54 seconds,
the photon index is 1.6 +/- 0.1 with a fluence of 2.5 +/- 0.26 X 10^-6 erg/cm^2
in the 15-350 keV band (90% c.l.).  The peak flux in a 1-sec wide window
starting at T+40.4 seconds is 1.24 +/- 0.17 ph/cm^2/sec (15-350 keV).
