The Fermi GBM team reports the detection of a likely SHORT GRB
At 03:52:58 UT on 21 Feb 2020, the Fermi Gamma-ray Burst Monitor (GBM) triggered and located GRB 200221A (trigger 603949983.711252 / 200221162).
The on-ground calculated location, using the Fermi GBM trigger data, is RA = 157.1, Dec = 33.1 (J2000 degrees, equivalent to J2000 10h 28m, 33d 06'), with a statistical uncertainty of 5.0 degrees.
The angle from the Fermi LAT boresight is 122.0 degrees.

on behalf of the Insight-HXMT GRB team, report:
The short-duration GRB 200221A (The Fermi GBM team, GCN Circ. 27159)
was detected by Fermi (GBM trigger 603949983), Konus-Wind,
INTEGRAL (SPI-ACS), and Insight (HXMT/HE)
at about 13979 s UT (03:52:59).
We have triangulated it to a preliminary, 3 sigma error box
whose coordinates are:
--------------------------------
RA(2000), deg Dec(2000), deg
--------------------------------
Center:
178.682 +33.400
Corners:
182.119 +35.008
132.491 +48.390
141.935 +43.606
175.374 +31.702
179.446 +3.183
183.926 -3.580
---------------------------------
The error box area is 455 sq. deg, and its maximum
dimension is 68.5 deg (the minimum one is 6.5 deg).
The Sun distance was ~140 deg.
The IPN localization is consistent with, but reduces the area of, the
Fermi-GBM one.
This box may be improved.
A triangulation map is posted at

The Konus-Wind time history and spectrum will be given in a forthcoming
GCN Circular.
