From
Fermi GBM Team at MSFC/Fermi-GBM <do_not_reply@GIOC.nsstc.nasa.gov>
The Fermi GBM team reports the detection of a likely LONG GRB

At 17:07:07 UT on 10 Feb 2021, the Fermi Gamma-ray Burst Monitor (GBM) triggered and located GRB 210210B (trigger 634669632.657458 / 210210713).

The on-ground calculated location, using the Fermi GBM trigger data, is RA = 205.2, Dec = 17.3 (J2000 degrees, equivalent to J2000 13h 40m, 17d 18'), with a statistical uncertainty of 5.0 degrees.

The angle from the Fermi LAT boresight is 40.0 degrees.

The skymap can be found here:

MASTER-Tavrida robotic telescope (Global MASTER-Net: http://observ.pereplet.ru, Lipunov et al., 2010, Advances in Astronomy, vol. 2010, 30L) located in Russia (Lomonosov MSU, SAI Crimea astronomical station) started inspect of the Fermi GRB 210210B ( Fermi GBM team, GCN 29462) errorbox 13043 sec after notice time and 13073 sec after trigger time at 2021-02-10 20:45:00 UT, with upper limit up to 17.0 mag. The observations began at zenith distance = 67 deg. The sun altitude is -56.4 deg.

The galactic latitude b = 74 deg., longitude l = 356 deg.
