From
Fermi GBM Team at MSFC/Fermi-GBM <do_not_reply@GIOC.nsstc.nasa.gov>
The Fermi GBM team reports the detection of a likely LONG GRB

At 17:47:14 UT on 13 Feb 2021, the Fermi Gamma-ray Burst Monitor (GBM) triggered and located GRB 210213A (trigger 634931239.164872 / 210213741).

The on-ground calculated location, using the Fermi GBM trigger data, is RA = 122.5, Dec = 22.2 (J2000 degrees, equivalent to J2000 08h 09m, 22d 11'), with a statistical uncertainty of 4.3 degrees.

The angle from the Fermi LAT boresight is 100.0 degrees.

The skymap can be found here:

MASTER-SAAO robotic telescope (Global MASTER-Net: http://observ.pereplet.ru, Lipunov et al., 2010, Advances in Astronomy, vol. 2010, 30L) located in South Africa (South African Astronomical Observatory) started inspect of the Fermi GRB 210213A ( Fermi GBM team, GCN 29503) errorbox 2736 sec after notice time and 2763 sec after trigger time at 2021-02-13 18:33:17 UT, with upper limit up to 18.9 mag. Observations started at twilight. The observations began at zenith distance = 65 deg. The sun altitude is -13.2 deg.

The galactic latitude b = 27 deg., longitude l = 201 deg.
