The Fermi GBM team reports the detection of a likely LONG GRB
At 09:28:03 UT on 12 Dec 2021, the Fermi Gamma-ray Burst Monitor (GBM) triggered and located GRB 211212A (trigger 660994088.510652 / 211212394).
The on-ground calculated location, using the Fermi GBM trigger data, is RA = 144.4, Dec = -2.3 (J2000 degrees, equivalent to J2000 09h 37m, -2d 17'), with a statistical uncertainty of 4.8 degrees.
The angle from the Fermi LAT boresight is 114.0 degrees.

MASTER-Amur robotic telescope (Global MASTER-Net: http://observ.pereplet.ru, Lipunov et al., 2010, Advances in Astronomy, vol. 2010, 30L) located in Russia (Blagoveshchensk State Pedagogical University) started inspect of the Fermi GRB 211212A ( Fermi GBM team, GCN 31211) errorbox 21907 sec after notice time and 21915 sec after trigger time at 2021-12-12 15:33:19 UT, with upper limit up to 15.4 mag. The observations began at zenith distance = 69 deg. The sun altitude is -63.1 deg.
The galactic latitude b = 35 deg., longitude l = 238 deg.
Real time updated cover map and OT discovered available here:
