and A.S. Gardner on on behalf of the GRS-Odyssey GRB team,
report:

The long-duration GRB 220305B
(Fermi GBM observation: Dunwoody et al., GCN Circ. 31689)
has been detected by Fermi (GBM trigger 668172805), Konus-Wind,
INTEGRAL (SPI-ACS), and Mars-Odyssey (HEND), so far,
at about 41600 s UT (11:33:20).

We have triangulated it to a preliminary, 3 sigma error box
whose coordinates are:
 ---------------------------------------------
  RA(2000), deg Dec(2000), deg
 ---------------------------------------------
 Center:
  176.112 (11h 44m 27s) -32.550 (-32d 33' 01")
 Corners:
  180.687 (12h 02m 45s) -27.127 (-27d 07' 36")
  171.638 (11h 26m 33s) -36.980 (-36d 58' 48")
  171.416 (11h 25m 40s) -37.080 (-37d 04' 47")
  180.469 (12h 01m 53s) -27.299 (-27d 17' 57")
 ---------------------------------------------
The error box area is 2893 sq. arcmin, and its maximum
dimension is 12.7 deg (the minimum one is 4 arcmin).
The Sun distance was 137 deg.

This box may be improved.

The IPN localization is consistent with, but reduces the area of, the
Fermi GBM on-ground calculated location (GCN Circ. 31689).

A triangulation map and HEALPix FITS file are posted at
http://www.ioffe.ru/LEA/GRBs/GRB220305_T41651/IPN/

The Konus-Wind time history and spectrum will be given in a forthcoming
GCN Circular.
