The Fermi GBM team reports the detection of a likely LONG GRB

At 16:09:34 UT on 15 Dec 2022, the Fermi Gamma-ray Burst Monitor (GBM) triggered and located GRB 221215B (trigger 692813379.070912 / 221215673).

The on-ground calculated location, using the Fermi GBM trigger data, is RA = 23.2, Dec = 32.0 (J2000 degrees, equivalent to J2000 01h 32m, 32d 00'), with a statistical uncertainty of 4.1 degrees.

The angle from the Fermi LAT boresight is 35.0 degrees.

MASTER-Kislovodsk robotic telescope  (Global MASTER-Net: http://observ.pereplet.ru, Lipunov et al., 2010, Advances in Astronomy, vol. 2010, 30L)  located in Russia (Lomonosov MSU, Kislovodsk Solar Station of Pulkovo observatory) started inspect of the Fermi GRB 221215B ( Fermi GBM team, GCN 33058) errorbox  533 sec after notice time and 567 sec after trigger time at 2022-12-15 16:19:02 UT, with upper limit up to  19.9 mag. The observations began at zenith distance = 14 deg. The sun  altitude  is -28.7 deg. 

The galactic latitude b = -30 deg., longitude l = 134 deg.
