Using the data set from T-119 to T+723 sec from the recent telemetry
downlink, we report further analysis of BAT GRB 260925A (trigger #1513316)
(Ambrosi et al., GCN Circ. 45739). The BAT ground-calculated position is
RA, Dec = 132.475, 24.972 deg which is
RA(J2000) = 08h 49m 54.0s
Dec(J2000) = +24d 58' 18.5"
with an uncertainty of 2.5 arcmin, (radius, sys+stat, 90% containment). The
partial coding was 100%.
The mask-weighted light curve shows a weak pulse that starts at ~T0, peaks
at ~T+1 s, and end at ~T+3 s. The pulse is potentially followed by some
weak tail emission that lasts till ~T+40 s. T90 (15-350 keV) is 35.42 +-
10.55 sec (estimated error including systematics).
The time-averaged spectrum from T+0.48 to T+40.41 sec is best fit by a
simple power-law model. The power law index of the time-averaged spectrum
is 1.60 +- 0.44. The fluence in the 15-150 keV band is 2.4 +- 0.7 x 10^-07
erg/cm2. The 1-sec peak photon flux measured from T+1.10 sec in the 15-150
keV band is 0.6 +- 0.1 ph/cm2/sec. All the quoted errors are at the 90%
confidence level.

Rui-Chen Gao, Jin-Ji Li, Zhong-Nan Dong, Jia-Qi Lin, Pu Lin, Yun Shi, Hao-Nan Yang, Hao-Ran Zhang, P H Thomas Tam, Rong-Feng Shen, Bin Ma (Sun Yat-sen University) report on behalf of the SYSU 80cm infrared telescope team:
We observed the field of the transient GRB 260925A (Ambrosi et al., GCN 45739) using the Sun Yat-sen University (SYSU) 80cm infrared telescope. Our observations were carried out on 2026 Sep 25 20:44 UT, 13.5 hours after the trigger, using stacked images in the J band.
We do not detect any counterpart at the position of GRB260925A with enhanced XRT position (Goad et al., GCN 45746), down to a 5-sigma depth of J ~ 18.49 mag (Vega).
The SYSU 80 cm infrared telescope is operated and managed by the Department of Astronomy, Sun Yat-sen University.

report on behalf of the Swift-XRT team:
We have analysed 4.2 ks of XRT data for GRB 260925A, from 119 s to 28.6
ks after the trigger. The data are entirely in Photon Counting (PC)
mode.
The light curve can be modelled with a power-law decay with a decay
index of alpha=2.95 (+0.30, -0.25).
A spectrum formed from the PC mode data can be fitted with an absorbed
power-law with a photon spectral index of 1.6 (+0.5, -0.4). The
best-fitting absorption column is 9 (+24, -6) x 10^20 cm^-2,
consistent with the Galactic value of 3.6 x 10^20 cm^-2 (Willingale et
al. 2013). The counts to observed (unabsorbed) 0.3-10 keV flux
conversion factor deduced from this spectrum is 4.3 x 10^-11 (4.8 x
10^-11) erg cm^-2 count^-1.
A summary of the PC-mode spectrum is thus:
Total column: 9 (+24, -6) x 10^20 cm^-2
Galactic foreground: 3.6 x 10^20 cm^-2
Excess significance: <1.6 sigma
Photon index: 1.6 (+0.5, -0.4)
If the light curve continues to decay with a power-law decay index of
2.95, the count rate at T+24 hours will be 8.9 x 10^-9 count s^-1,
corresponding to an observed (unabsorbed) 0.3-10 keV flux of 3.8 x
10^-19 (4.3 x 10^-19) erg cm^-2 s^-1.
