The LIGO Scientific Collaboration, the Virgo Collaboration, and the
KAGRA Collaboration report:
The trigger S230708bi is no longer considered to be a candidate of
interest. Data surrounding the trigger is consistent with a known
class of instrumental artifacts at LIGO Livingston.
