D. Gotz (IASF-Mi) on behalf of the IBAS Localization Team reports:
IBAS Alerts 1978-80 on September 12 were not due to a real GRB, but to an
outburst of 4U 0115+63. This message is issued late due to the GCN
Circulars technical interruption of the last days.
