E. Rykoff (Umich), B. Schaefer (LSU), R. Quimby (UTexas) report on 
behalf of the ROTSE collagoration:

ROTSE-IIIb, located at McDonald Observatory, Texas, responded to GRB 
050319 (Swift 11162) in 9.2 s, 27 s after the burst.  Our unfiltered 
images detect a 16th magnitude, fading source at:

    10:16:47.9       +43:32:54.5

Continuing observations are in progress.  The object is at ~18th 
magnitude, around 940 seconds after the burst.
