We followed the GCN circular on the discovery of an optical transient as a new blazar candidate in the Messier 31 field (Gianluca et al. GCN 34819). We observed the transient with the 2.4-meter optical telescope at Gao-Mei-Gu (GMG) station of Yunnan Observatories. The preliminary results are shown as
