report:

The long-duration GRB 241021A was detected by
Konus-Wind, INTEGRAL (SPI-ACS), and Mars-Odyssey (HEND)
at about 53930 s UT (14:58:50).

We have triangulated it to a preliminary, 3 sigma error box
whose coordinates are:

The error box area is 3597 sq. arcmin, and its maximum
dimension is 3.6 deg (the minimum one is 16 arcmin).
The Sun distance was 69 deg.

This localization may be improved.
