K. Hurley, on behalf of the Ulysses GRB team,
T. Cline, on behalf of the Konus-Wind and NEAR GRB teams,
and E. Mazets, and S. Golenetskii, on behalf of the KONUS-WIND GRB team, report:
Ulysses, NEAR, and KONUS-WIND observed this GRB at 80347 seconds.
As observed by Ulysses, it had a duration of approximately 10.
seconds, a 25-100 keV fluence of approximately 3.6E-06 erg/cm2,
and a peak flux of approximately 1.0E-06 erg/cm2 s over .25 seconds
We have triangulated it to a preliminary, 3 sigma error
whose approximate area is 1300 sq. arcmin. and whose
coordinates are:
ERROR BOX CENTER: 18 h 8 m 41.99 s -2 o 59 ' 37.61 "
ERROR BOX CORNER 1: 18 h 7 m 50.30 s -2 o 59 ' 25.43 "
ERROR BOX CORNER 2: 18 h 12 m 58.86 s -3 o 53 ' 2.79 "
ERROR BOX CORNER 3: 18 h 4 m 38.90 s -2 o 8 ' 12.27 "
ERROR BOX CORNER 4: 18 h 9 m 33.83 s -2 o 59 ' 50.93 "
