MASTER-Tunka robotic telescope  (Global MASTER-Net: http://observ.pereplet.ru, Lipunov et al., 2010, Advances in Astronomy, vol. 2010, 30L)  located in Russia (Applied Physics Institute, Irkutsk State University) started inspect of the Fermi GRB 241024B ( Fermi GBM team, GCN 37856Loading...
 
 ) errorbox  22448 sec after notice time and 22476 sec after trigger time at 2024-10-24 21:45:49 UT, with upper limit up to  17.6 mag. The observations began at zenith distance = 67 deg. The sun  altitude  is -19.5 deg. 

The galactic latitude b = 63 deg., longitude l = 240 deg.

We obtain a following upper limits.
